Grand Union Canal Run
The UK's longest and most prestigious ultra-marathon. 145 miles along the length of the Grand Union Canal from Birmingham to London. Around 80 competitors start each year and less than half finish. Cut-off time is 45 hours.
The route follows the well marked canal towpath and is completely flat and quite good running conditions.
